I thought that this would be an interesting video for all of the women that I teach. Almost all of them are much younger than this.
I don't know anything about the gym she trains at but there are no black belts in MMA, in the way that there are no belts in Boxing, Kickboxing or wrestling. She's been training for four years though and if I come across anything from her fight I'll post that too.
